Pros
Great people and senior management from PM´s and Sr Pm´s, ambitious ideas from CEO and board, learning possibilities, good contacts.
Cons
Instability. Surprisingly negative from the career perspective. As easy they hire a new employee they can toss it the same way. Noisy place to work (very noisy sometimes). Lack of participation in the projects from some projects principles, which means you can be on your own. You do your thing and get them the results, that´s it.
