1) The corporate culture is transparent, refreshing, and progressive even with a remote team. 2) Management is down to earth, forward thinking, and caring to all team members, encouraging work on level playing fields. 3) I get to be a part of a growing business dedicated to improving hygiene across all fields. 4) Ideas are welcomed and actively encouraged. 5) We are always moving forward instead of stagnating in old ways.
Cons
We are BUSY! That's a good problem to have and the only 'con' I have after being here almost a year.
