      Bad communication & a lot of lazy employees. Also no set schedule or criteria to teach children

      The children are the only pro of the organization.

      Cons

      The senior management is deceitful, unsupportive of staff development & growth, and potentially mismanaging funds evidenced by lack of employee pay and compensation for overtime and the condition of the horrific condition of the building in which children are receiving programming.
