      Incredible growth opportunities, you’re constantly challenged and trusted with meaningful work that accelerates your learning. Surrounded by smart, driven, and collaborative teammates who raise the bar every day. Market competitive compensation and a culture that rewards performance and ownership. Fast-paced environment where new ideas are welcomed and innovation moves quickly.

      Cons

      Bonus structure and rationale could be more transparent, it can be unclear sometimes unclear how outcomes tie to compensation. Operating with high intensity the norm; it’s a great fit if you thrive in those types of environments.

      Questionable leadership and limited room for growth

      Pros

      The company has a decent idea that could actually help people. The CPO is incredibly bright and a fantastic leader.

      Cons

      Not sure if they have a real product-market fit. Product development frequently gets side-tracked to close deals rather than move the needle on product quality. The CEO has a strange communication style and tends to filter information through himself, which causes cross-functional friction.

      Pros

      The work can sometimes be interesting, and people are somewhat friendly. If you’re keen on it then the Unlimited PTO is quite nice. I think on average though, people take no more than 15 days per year. They are quite transparent about the salary ranges and they reflect the market rate.

      Cons

      The workplace culture is toxic. The CEO can’t handle criticism and barks at people to do work that end up going no where. They can’t retain senior leadership longer than 1 year and their product market fit doesn’t make any sense. Their workplace policies are random and change frequently, and once you get to know people you’ll realize they’re not that friendly. Almost everyone has a cynical remark to say about one another, and being in a start-up is a cover up for rude and disrespectful behaviour. No room for growth, people are stuck at the same level for years as they look outward for senior talent. Do not recommend working here. To anyone looking at FutureFit as a potential employer: tread carefully, and always have a back up plan.
