Pros
They have free lunch on thursdays. Free coffee and drinks are provided. You get to meet everyone in the company since it's so small.
Cons
Poor employee engagement, no breaks allowed except for lunch, high expectation for throughput, low compensation, very negative environment to work in. No room for growth under current structure. No work/life balance. Office space is very dingy, the bathrooms are filthy, and the lab reeks of solvents.
