Pros

FuzeHR is a good place way to work is you’re straight out of school or have no experience. You will learn the reality of what it is like to be a recruiter and understand time management. Otherwise, I would recommend this company to absolutely no one. Pros The people that work in payroll are amazing however some seem to lack the ability to answer their phone or get back to candidates regarding payroll inquiries which results in frustrated candidates. Some of the employees are awesome (however don’t get too attached as the turnover rate is astronomically high)

Cons

Cons: Commission structure is extremely shady Account managers are highly rude and lack a sense of professionalism There is clear favouritism for sales people Often times you will hear loud arguments or yelling between sales and recruiters that have no place being done within an open workspace They do not promote Work life balance as you are expected to accomplish as much as humanly possible within all hours of the week ( including weekends) I have never seen micromanagement at such an excessive level then I have at FuzeHR ( don’t plan on going to the bathroom unless to advise at least 2 people prior) They claim they’re in constant expansion when in reality they are constantly replacing people who decide to leave after only a few months or have been fired due their impossible objectives

Fuze HR Solutions Response

Hi, our team is indeed young and dynamic. It is a great place for people who would like to start their careers as we like to guide them through their career journey with different training programs. Additionally, even if our team consists of young professionals, we also have a big portion that are senior professionals that already have many years of experience and have stayed with us for over 5 years. Recently, we have conducted a survey, the average age at Fuze HR is approximately 32 years old. We curate the best and sane workplace for our employees. As far as the management team is concerned, we have never witnessed any arguments or yelling in the open space office and we do not allow it to happen. Our team are using our regular offices for any discussions that need to be done. We also provide necessary communication tools for our recruiters and sales, where they can communicate effectively without disturbing others. At Fuze HR, we do not adopt a micromanagement model in our workplace. Just like any other businesses, there will be some sort of guidelines that need to be followed so the workflow will be running smoothly in the office but it does not affect our people's freedom to take their small breaks for any personal needs during working hours. Our management team’s door is always open and it is unfortunate we could not have had the opportunity to address any of your comments during your tenure. We are sure we could have addressed any underlining issues and focused on mutual success. We appreciate your feedback and we wish you all the best in your future endeavours!

Pros

Decent central location, and some good people for colleagues. Some.

Cons

Major false and forced sense of community/culture that the company tries to create and promote. They take really cool pics for social media, but that's really about it. As mentioned by others, the turnover rate is ridiculously high and ultimately its due to management and their ridiculous micro-management. Easy to develop a lack of trust with your colleagues and management. There's no real sense of team or collaboration and management seems to create and enjoy this. Management seemed to have major insecurity issues and would take it out on staff. At times, literally yelling and threatening people and their employment status as if this was some small-time burger shack instead of a reputable agency. Poor sense of appreciation for the hard work of others but would rather turn people against eachother. Recruitment process and software is a basic joke. Worst I've seen in my career. So glad to be gone from it. Fuze HR is ultimately is a little pond that tries to promote itself as some large ocean. But it's the people who make key decisions that will continue to make the reputation and minimal success continue to shrink. Ultimately, it was embarassing to have been apart of this company. Soooo glad I'm gone :)
