      Pros

      Very good product. The best hiring platform in Sub-Saharan Africa. Really amazing how precisely it recommends relevant jobs, ranks applicants by personality fit, skills, & experience, and allows small and medium companies to hire on a budget.

      Cons

      Ironic how a hiring company which should care about talent has really terrible employee engagement, high turnover, and sweatshop compensation.

      -Exceptional workplace culture with welcoming and friendly colleagues - Strong sense of community among team members - An open-door atmosphere makes it easy to approach and connect with coworkers - Collaborative environment with good peer-to-peer relationships - Positive day-to-day work atmosphere
