The founder is a selfish money minded person. She has absolutely no knowledge of anything and tries to pretend like she does. The employees keep quitting and her solution is to hire more people. The salary is bare minimum and there is no other benifits. Depending on the supervisor you get, it can be better but if you work directly with the founder. You'll lose your mind. All the parent reviews on Google are fake as well and Shilpa literally tells them what to type online. Don't join , stay unemployed. While I was there for only few months. The entire staff of 10 people had changed because everyone quit one by one.
