I have been employed at G Partner for several years, and looking back, I cannot believe I stayed for so long. My experience at G Partner has been nothing short of depressing. My former manager, created a toxic work environment that made me feel lost and deeply demotivated. He was rude, racist, and made personal comments about me and other employees behind their backs. Furthermore, speaking with other former employees, I learned that there was a lot of drama surrounding the job. There was no support given when sending a message, and when I asked a trainer for more information about something I did wrong on a call, my manager scolded me for asking and told me to ask him instead. It is clear that G Partner has a lot of work to do in terms of creating a positive and supportive work environment. As an employee, I felt undervalued and unsupported, and I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a fulfilling career.
