I joined Casio India in the watches division as Brand Manager. The culture is so bad, it'll be very difficult for a sane person to breathe even. The Management is pathetic. The people are here for 12-13 years and they think in the same direction. You are supposed to follow their orders like a donkey and work whole day and whole night. You are not supposed to question anything, if you question, they'll throw you out. They work like autocrats and everyone like to micro manage everything. You have to prove and justify your every single day and still gets to listen to abuses. People don't know how to talk without using 2 abuses in a single sentence. The worst is the marketing team and people heading it. DON'T JOIN this stupid company. You'll be better off. No work life balance. Leave the balance, there will be no life only.
