The other design/stress engineers are great, as well as the flexibility of schedule
Cons
The management levels are all on different pages exemplified by a large disconnect from local management and the partners in CA, as well as a skewed understanding of the Bozeman economy and a complete lack of willingness to pay what is necessary to live in Bozeman, the path to furthering an engineers' career is a moving target and will be redefined flippantly
