Management sometimes have no sense of urgency when it comes to the @Home Agent process. If you are going to become an at home agent follow up with them continuously.

Pros

Garage Parking and Central Carrollton Location. Literally can't think of anything else....oh jeans during certain quarters is nice. Depending on your area, you may have your own office.

Cons

Management Egos, Impersonal Upper-management, Executives Lack up to date Experience in Functional Area. Unfair Treatment of Select Employees. Wish I could give this company a minus 5. Pay is unfair. Profit is more important than treating your employees fairly. This company is only a good idea if unemployment is your only other option. Insurance is expensive.

Pros

Free parking and during employee appreciation week you get a free phone charger. Most of the people are nice. If you don't like who you are working with wait it out, the turnover is very high. People in accounting and human resources were constantly coming and going. I never knew who my point of contact was.

Cons

Low pay. Don't come here thinking you will be getting a big pay raise from your current employer. There are two types of people here. Those that haven't realized they are underpaid and those that know their skills are no longer marketable outside of G6. The higher ups are in constant meetings and if they are not in a meeting they are behind closed doors. If you are salaried then expect to work long hours. If you want to succeed you need to be there from 7-7. And work weekends, at least a 1/2 day on Saturday. They make you sign in on the weekends so they can track who is putting in the 5 1/2 day work week. Do your research on the them before accepting an offer. The recruiters can tell a good story.
