Interesting start-up however career growth potential not high

Pros
Positive atmosphere, various clubs to join, lot’s of young people so not exactly like the traditional Japanese companies
Cons
Still can’t ignore the fact that some process or way of thinking still very Japanese. Company is trying to be more international however unlikely to achieve in the near future. Also the salary is too low for engineers. The career path is a bit uncertain as well as there’s no one try to create a organized work process.
