      Pros

      Good work environment, specially in marketing department because you're not just working as your role you'll be able to gain more skills from the seniors.

      Cons

      Slow growth, I mean the salary is not enough for what you've been contributing to the company, they didn't see your worth.

      Decent wages but nothing else.

      Cons

      - Too many restrictions, too much red tape, unnecessary approvals. - Traditionalist mindset; they're aware of the problem but make no measure to change it. - Rejection of suggestions to make work easier for the team. - They don't take constructive criticism lightly and would label it as complaining instead. - Would prefer you to work manually instead of automated and efficiently, wasting more time in the process. - Culture of fear hanging over the office.
