Learned what NOT to look for in an employer!

Cons

Mismanaged, under-appreciated, invalidated, and manipulated by upper management constantly. Minimal time off and terrible attendance policies, no work life balance, and NO sense of loyalty.

Great and clean environment with a great group of staff.

Poor management and poor training. There was no care shown to the staff at all, and hours were not consistent.

Training was very organized and straight forward

They just let me go without me having a talk with HR no type of discussion was made. I requested a phone call never got that. Everyone went ghost. I just asked if i can get guidance on completing my certification, I told them I don't need you guys to pay for it I will pay for it since they did put me through all that training for nothing and they declined to pay for the test to become certified. I don't know the whole thing was unprofessional if there are no cases for me to work I understand but why couldn't I just be offered a bit guidance to get my certification that was all I asked.
