Unprofressional - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician GBC Autism Services Employee Review

They just let me go without me having a talk with HR no type of discussion was made. I requested a phone call never got that. Everyone went ghost. I just asked if i can get guidance on completing my certification, I told them I don't need you guys to pay for it I will pay for it since they did put me through all that training for nothing and they declined to pay for the test to become certified. I don't know the whole thing was unprofessional if there are no cases for me to work I understand but why couldn't I just be offered a bit guidance to get my certification that was all I asked.
