      Pros

      GCHQ are an absolutely excellent employer with every tick possible for culture and diversity. The salary is great too.

      There are still traits of nepotism. But that is to be expected with a job like that.

      Get to say you're a spy; Lots of interesting work.

      Unfortunately still systemically very racist. Will be talked down to and treated like a foreigner if you have anything other that white skin.
