Pros
Nice management, they give good feedback but the drive to get things done in only a few minutes is stressful. It's a good startup job for anything at an office desk if you're in Terrebonne though. Not much growth opportunities within though.
Cons
The work is stressful, tiring and the environment is depressing cubicles. The bathroom and many things are very dirty. You come back home with phones ringing in your head and some conversations, good or/and mostly bad, follow you home.
