      Pros

      The clients we have are extremely high caliber, leaders in their fields. Can learn a lot from them and have real impact. There is a very high level of gaming / metaverse expertise at GEEIQ.

      Cons

      Leadership is practically non-existent. The founders, have no involvement with the day to day work of the teams. There is no long term strategy in place. Lack of any employee benefits (shares/other) or career development. The HR is absolutely not qualified and unprofessional. CEO delicates everything to his executive assistant & COO/co founder adds little value to anything. He seems to hate managing people.

      To me, none what so ever.

      Cons

      The favourites receive pay rises whilst many other people are overlooked because they are not in the ‘circle’. Bed leadership. No vision. Chaotic. No communication. Go behind your back. Very cliquey place They don't see the point in having employee benefits Very immature operations
