Shouldn’t even get 1 star. Management is very biased and treats staff unfairly. Staff are forced to work even on Sundays. The boss gets commission, but staff don’t get anything even though we’re the ones handling the room sales. They even threaten to deduct our salary and never approve staff claims. Working here is extremely stressful — it can drive you crazy. 24hours call from tenant, even on my off day. Higher position can enjoy the company income, staff the one who suffer. Management also threatens employees by counting it as unpaid leave just because they didn’t update the room status — even though staff come to work every day. No OT, fix allowance. Scam company.

Received numerous orders from various departments, and the lack of systematization is causing a loss of focus on the original tasks within my job scope. The nonstop daily meetings with no proper vision, mission and frequently raises irrelevant or unreasonable requests also caused delays in completing our tasks, resulting in us working overtime without being able to claim it, as the work was expected to be finished during regular hours. You were expected to do multiple job nonstop and often get compared to other employees in every meeting that cause exhaustion and anxiety. This has affected ones self esteem. Bonus? Can’t even call it as bonus. More like token.
