      Pros

      Some of the people were very helpful day to day.

      Cons

      Long hours and a dictatorship from the top. The owners have put friends in some senior positions rather than competent individuals which causes friction. I got on fine with everybody until the day I handed my notice in, from then on I was either being asked to attend board room meetings or ignored.

      Free parking and clean environment.

      Cons

      Very strange. If a current employee has the same name as you, you’re made to change your name as it’s ‘confusing’. Mistakes when training are frowned upon. Only half an hour break rather than one hour as told in the interview. Exceptionally long day. Very controlling environment. Not willing to take suggestions. Autocratic management style. Too focused on making money rather than wellbeing of employees.
