Extremely disorganized management. If you're not born in Canada and have an international background with multiple citizenships, be prepared for a barrage of questions that often imply your cultural background is a problem. I faced many irrelevant questions that I simply couldn't answer (my parents were nomads, moving around the world for work, I don't know?). When I addressed these concerns, the team became quite snippy. I understand the work you do requires a security check... except I mentioned all of these details in the interview process. Don't hire an employee, ship them the equipment, finish training them, and then fire them. Absolutely nuts.
