Extremely toxic work culture with endless gossip and backstabbing. Heavy politics in the department; management intentionally creates conflict among employees. Department head have no real leadership, only know how to micromanage. poor communication; instructions are unclear, but blame comes easily when things go wrong. Even within the same department, there is no trust or teamwork; colleagues are divided, not united. Promotions and salary increments depend entirely on how well you flatter your boss and upper management, not your actual performance. Appraisal is useless. If you're good at bootlicking and considered part of their inner circle, your salary can increase significantly, regardless of your capability. Commission structure not transparent. Inflexible work environment, no work-life balance and no proper support from management. Not a place for growth, learning or a healthy career path.
