      Pros

      The staff is actually cool and you get to go on occasional company outings, which is about the only thing I miss.

      Cons

      It’s hard to notice that the staff is cool because you work in a sweatshop. They treat both internal and external staff poorly. All they really care about is their bottom line.

      Absolutely none, if anything you used to be able to WFH but they took that away

      Cons

      Upper management only cares about themselves, and constantly blames everything on their team when the underlying root comes from them. No work life balance what-so-ever. Expect to work overtime but get yelled at to not go over 40 hours.

      No pros to share about GHR

      Cons

      I would not recommend GHR to anyone. There is no training program in place so you will be confused, lost, and unsure of what to do when you first start. You will have to rely on your co workers for help ( who are already swamped!). You will feel very used, overworked, and unappreciated for all of your hard work. Any time you have a question you will most likely never get a clear answer. You will hear people in leadership yell and curse on a weekly basis. People in this company are extremely unprofessional. This was by far my worst work experience and I would highly suggest not to work here. Very toxic work environment!
