Excellent place to work at starting as a Junior Software developer. They slowly give responsabilities and leave it up to your skill to fix or improve the product. The ambient is altogether nice and welcoming. People are helpful to one another and do stuff together after work. Pay is nice compared to other companies in the area and rises are frequent.
Cons
Remote work, while possible some select days, it's not approved. Don't expect remote work.
