Pros
stating they will give 7000 but it goes on increasing from there for every 6 months and at the end of three years you will get rs 30000 you can cheat the company and earn more money by putting extra charges for staying in hotels,travel charges.
Cons
its a a company where they will never respect you they are very cunning people they will put bond for three years they will ask for compensation if you change the company the work culture is very bad .
