      Small family feel. Everyone knows your name and not just an employee number. Able to be creativity and invent unique customized solutions. Big growth opportunities and career advancements.

      Flex time and you can get away with not working very hard (not really a pro unless you don’t mind putting your career on hold)

      Cons

      Management is lost, disorganized and play's favorites. Technology used is very outdated.
