a good cause, staff at lower levels are nice and work hard, trying to go good in the world
Cons
senior staff are constantly fighting each other, every week someone just disappears with no explanation, a lot of pressure to deliver more members but you dont get times to help the ones who are already there so they just end up leaving and it doesnt feel work it
