Pros
This is a company that has steady work and very nice people to work with. Management leaves you alone if you do your job.
Cons
No vacation accrual until you have been with the company for two years. Then you only can accrue 40 hours. They only recognize 4 holidays per year and you do not get paid holidays for two years. They expect you to work on Labor Day and Memorial Day. They pay 1/2 medical and do not offer any retirement benefits.

Father / Son run the company as CEO and President. They have differing views and that can lead to confusion.
