      Pros

      The culture, opportunities for continued growth/experience/education, the ability to touch multiple areas of HR.

      Cons

      The only downside is that, as a small business, they aren't as competitive with traditional benefits.

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling, never having to do the same thing, working with a variety of different companies and therefore getting a vast amount of experience, and genuinely liking who you work with.

      Cons

      As with all HR jobs you can deal with a lot of the "negatives" of people- but you can commiserate with your team and share the burden.
