Silly office politics. As much as favoritsm is denied, it is full on, but guess it's good for you if you are the sort to smoke your way up. Good folks have been driven to leave, leaving those with no choice but to stay, or nowhere to go. Many paycuts happening, despite the nice picture painted on social media.
