      Nothing to say as pro here

      Cons

      Too management tries to micro manage everything but fails in everything. Who every question the management they will be Fired. The product team is full of kids, they don’t know abc of product engineering.

      - Rarely you will get praised for your work. - Might be your manager is managing a team for the first time - Random Hiring without any related work background - Teams are not in sync properly. (One team is in Delhi, one is in Mumbai and other is in Bengaluru)
