Pros
Many students working in the service as part-time employees during their studies. Usually a very easy-going atmosphere also during stressful days. You get some benefits such as free entrance to the shows when seats are available. Shows are great as well. Work is generally not too hard.
Cons
Supervisors are not skilled in their position as supervisors. Don't know how to successfully handle a large group or part-time students as employees. Supervisors are often looking for mistakes which makes people afraid to make mistakes so they rather hide them.
