Pros

Free lunches, Amazing Co-workers (non-management), Nice office setting, compensation.

Cons

This Company is a revolving door for employees. Once your use to them is not needed they fire you, and then proceed to lie about the reasons which in turn is slandering. Ive seen good people blindsided by this company during any time, even a week before Christmas. Also EXTREMELY unorganized and a huge lack of communication.

Pros

Used to have a lot of great things to say, but I have none now.

Cons

Where do I even begin...commissions are the lowest in the industry, that’s why they don’t hire people with a roofing history because they’ll realize that this company is basically stealing from their employees. Management is HORRIBLE. They promote people who are in the buddy-buddy circle over actual leaders and top salesman. The bias is ABSURD. You want a referral or literally anything at all, then I hope you’re on the right team. Otherwise good luck. The micromanaging is ridiculous. They track your location so they can see where you are at all times. The owner used to be a cool guy but he’s so greedy and ridiculous with his no compete clause they make you sign. They try to control you in every way and make it seem like they’re doing you so many favors. The installs themselves used to be good, but then they started hiring cheaper labor b/c none of the crews they used to use will work for them anymore. Every insurance company HATES them. Made the job that much more difficult. So happy to have left. TL;DR Don’t work here for any reason.

Pros

They offer a lot of great things to help you get your feet off the ground

Cons

This company won’t make it long without good employees. Nobody there has stayed long (everybody is new for the season). After 4 days of wasting time in the office for “training”, which I already knew because I had experience, they decided to let me go because I “wasn’t picking up the training very well”, never mind I had already memorized their entire pitch. Also, without actually “starting” yet, I generated multiple warm leads because people know I’m a roofer and want me to come take of their roof. I think it intimidated them that I could get leads like that without even “working” yet. I didn’t learn a single thing from the lackluster training that I “wasn’t picking up well”. They only teach basics because they don’t want you to be too educated. They wouldn’t even elaborate over what I “wasn’t picking up”.
