You'll learn a lot even as a fresher and experienced person as well. Colleagues are helpful and good in nature. Informal work environment. You'll develop many skills in a short amount of time. Hands-on experience in different fields.
Cons
6 days working. (Might have to come on holidays too) No cafeteria. Salary is credited at the end of first week. Increments are less as compared to the work done. No bonuses. You may have to work on different languages and platforms. You may have to stop working on your experienced field. (This point depends on you, you can take this as a pro or a con.) Unreasonable Deadlines.
