      Pros

      Gr8 itself has a lot of employee engagement and rewards. Work culture is good. Leadership is very easy to talk to

      Cons

      Just the holidays. They only recognise 9 paid holidays for the whole year. Holy week dont even make it to the list. But hey at least we get double pay on those days should we choose not to file for a leave

      Remote set-up with opportunities to connect to my team virtually at any time You are trusted to excel in your role with opportunities to grow within a start up environment Benefits are OK

      Cons

      I think this is not an environment for fresh-graduates just yet. There are no intern opportunities, a remote set-up will not be the best for shy-non committal individuals. Except if they're willing to ask the right questions and be open to what they want to learn.
