I think this company has an incredible team of high talented intellectual and creative people across all teams. The culture is very inclusive and has typical startup vibes combined with Williamsburg style, the company itself values teamwork and a bias towards action. Greats has purpose and its vision is incredibly easy to fall in love with once you're part of the team. The level of talent and ability in every single person that is at Greats is so impressive that I still use many of the lessons I've learned from coworkers back in the day. It is also incredibly rewarding to see people wear the sneakers across town.
