Pros

- The underpaid people - Nothing else, it's hard to pick anything good at Grey

Cons

- quite a lot - it runs on favourites - favourites get the promotions, favourites get the raises, if you're not part of the faviourites, good luck. - you're overworked, underpaid and then they claim "mental health" is the main priority. It's a joke - they've got a long history of promoting internally, and those they promote aren't equipped to properly do the job. When is the last great piece of work or new business win from Grey London? - the amount of turnover is insane - even for an agency. i've never seen so many people leaving and jumping ship - id recommend going ANYWHERE else. ANYWHERE. Grey is not the place to be.
