working in the community that you grew up in is very rewarding, I'm working with men and women that are passionate about helping young men with mental health.
Some staff are passionate about helping clients, and the mission sounds good in theory.
Cons
Pay structure is misleading. Employees are classified as W-2 but only paid per invoice/session, not for required duties like meetings, trainings, and documentation. After raising concerns, I felt unsupported and pushed out. High turnover seems to be an issue.
