To start, I've felt insanely welcome from the moment I joined the GROW AI team. The first thing I noticed was how happy and motivated everyone was to do their work, help with any questions someone might have, or hop on a call about any issues. Nine months in, nothing has changed. Liz has created an amazing work environment that fuels everyone's energy and productivity levels. Seeing how hard she works really motivates me to do a better job today, than did yesterday. I love that as a team, we all want GROW AI to thrive to its fullest potential. We all strongly believe how far we can go as a company and will go above and beyond because we all truly care. A big part of it I believe is the positive work environment. Liz is a very open-minded person that encourages us to suggest new ideas, try new things out and be creative. She trusts the team will do what we need to do. We have monthly 1-1s with her where we can talk about anything that's bothering us, something we're struggling with, but also, she takes the time to get to know us, which, in a fully remote company, is hard to do. These meeting are one of my favorite parts of the month. Towards the end of the meetings she always asks us "Is there anything I can do to make your job easier?" This is unheard of in most companies, which makes me feel incredibly supported. We have weekly dynamics were we get to shoutout team members and interact more, make deeper connections, and offer encouragement!

It's almost impossible to tally everything GROW AI has done for me personally and professionally. The amount of tools, strategies, abilities, and traits I've acquired since I started working here are too many to enlist here. Pay is fair, and your salary grows as the amount of work and responsibility you need to handle grows as well. Working from home with this company allowed me to take back control of my life and has taught me so much.
