Pros
Great salary, teamwork, opportunity to be innovative and implement your brainstorming outcomes. Board of Directors involvement, their continued support and accountability, a safe direct line for troubleshooting major disruptions or challenges, never left me alone when I had to make big and important decisions.
Cons
I don't particularly appreciate working Saturdays, I got used to it. Should also not have the 1 PM to 3 PM break during extreme heat days. Driving home at 1 PM on a 47°C day to have lunch is not pleasant. I'd rather have only a 30-minute lunch at the office and leave early.
