Company has a tendency to blame industry trends for their financial decision. The founder frequently cites industry struggles as a reason to deny bonuses and pay raises. Unfortunately, the team lead is someone that appears to be out of touch with the industry development and has lost touch with the skills required. Team lead rarely provide guidance or support, but are quick to criticise without offering constructive solution or feedback. There are limited opportunities for professional development, and employees are often overworked and undervalued, Company priorities productivity over company growth and well-being, creating a sweatshop-like environment. Be cautious of the manipulative management style, as the boss has a tendency to gaslight employees. I would advise anyone that wants to work here to just forget about it. Not worth your time and mental health.
