Great people, was a great company but not so now

Pros
The people is what makes most companies a good place to work and at Green Street there are some great people, smart, ambitious, friendly, helpful and supportive.
Cons
There have been some recent changes in ownership and the executive team> I see where they are coming from and a change in direction cut out many people from the company. How it was done did not sit well with me. I would think there would have been a more considerate way of letting people go.

The people that work here are amazing to work with and super friendly. Everyone is knowledgeable about their position which makes it easier when asking questions and getting along with coworkers.
Cons
Long work hours but compensated well.
