      GSI offers great benefits and flexibility.

      Cons

      Leadership is incompetent and makes no effort to improve processes, technology, or culture. Each office is essentially its own company and there is no standardization or collaboration across offices. There is a one person in IT to service the 250+ person company.

      GSI is a small firm so it was nice to be able to work on projects from start to finish and be a part of all aspects of the remediation.
