Pros
I've worked at several engineering firms during my career that range from small mom and pop shops to large corporations. Of those, GSI is the best place I've worked at by far. They are a small to mid-size employee-owned firm that values employee sustainability and work/life balance. They offer great benefits and competitive pay. The leadership team is very engaged, listens to employees, and values feedback and creative ideas.
Cons
The PTO allotment is great, but only includes 2 holidays. Would be great it if included the other major holidays as well.

Pros
As an employee owned company your voice, and opinion matter. The management has had some growing pains recently, but it has only made the company stronger. The employees work hard to make it a successful company and teamwork is phenomenal. The benefits are great, compensation great, and work/life balance for a majority of the time is good.
Cons
None that I can think of.
