Management is no longer present in the office due to COVID, so nobody is in charge and management is harder to get in contact with and sometimes doesn't respond without multiple attempts. Support staff are all extremely intelligent and eager, but are clearly undervalued as they basically keep the place running. When they are ill or late, things start to fall apart.
Lots of pressure to see patients x number of times per week for x weeks, with the average expected number of visits per case extremely high. Pressure to bill x number of units all the time in every case.
Employees are subtly discouraged from taking PTO, but co-workers are very supportive and are often willing to cover.
