It's a family-run business where the abuse, racism, arbitrariness and impoliteness is the daily bread, the environment is totally unprofessional where family members have open disputes in front of employees. The main positions are filled by family members that are not qualified but have a secure job and salary so decisions are not impartial and the growing opportunities are null. Many employees had to call the federal government to file complaints for numerous reasons such as pregnant women working in an office smelling paint, employees getting verbally and psychologically abused with no opportunity to complain as not only that there is no human resources but the abuse comes directly from upper management which happens to be the owners of the company.
