Furthermore, the authoritarian management style of the company created a culture of fear and frustration. Employees were not consulted or involved in decisions that affected their work, and there was no clear communication about company policies or procedures. The company's emphasis on these "core values" felt more like a propaganda campaign rather than genuine values that were embraced and embodied by the organization. Overall, my experience at the company was disheartening and frustrating.
