The team is awesome! A lot of great opportunities to learn. People are super nice and easy to collaborate with. They build products that really matter.

Sometimes there are time-sensitive projects and move fast so might be a little overwhelmed.

There are endless opportunities to grow and contribute at Gain Life. If you have the desire of making an impact in people's lives and take on new challenges, this is the right place for you. The culture values collaboration, moving fast but sustainably, and continuous innovation. Customers are really at the center of everything. People there are good people and super smart too. The leadership style is based on trust, openness, and mutual respect. You can really feel that your manager cares about you as a person.
Cons
The team is still small but they are growing fast. Sprints are sometimes short, so there are a lot of things to get done quickly which sometimes can make you feel overwhelmed. As far as you prioritize, ask for help if needed, and trust your teammates, you'll do great.
