Cons
Unfriendly colleagues, they yell at you especially when you are newly joined the company. Most of the people in the firm are not friendly. Off at 8-10pm is a normal thing.

too old-fashioned and bureaucratic too much hidden rules and office policies some partners dont even know how to use a computer overtime work
